FAQsMay I attend the conference for just one day?Yes! Your ticket covers BOTH days. If you are unable to attend, please join us on the day you're available. You are considered registered and paid for both Sunday and Monday (except for the Presenter Monday ticket). Cancellation PolicyCancellations are granted occasionally, and requests are considered individually. Any request for a refund will be at the discretion of the MSLA President. If approved, cancellations and refunds requested before 14 days of the event's start date will receive 90% of the registration ticket value refunded. Any requests within 14 days of the event's start date will receive 50% of the registration ticket value refunded. Email the MSLA Office with any questions or cancellation requests. Payment Types We AcceptMSLA will accept purchase orders, personal checks, and credit cards for conference registrations. All payments by purchase orders must be received by April 3, 2026, BEFORE the conference begins. To generate an invoice for a purchase order or a personal check, complete your event registration, and at the end of registration, click "Invoice Me." This generates an invoice which you forward to your school's business office, who will then send a check to the MSLA office (PO Box 336, Wayland, MA 01778). Anyone with an unpaid invoice will not be permitted to attend the conference until the balance is paid. May my school submit payment for my conference AFTER the conference?No! If your school policy doesn't allow for prepayment, please register yourself using your personal credit card, and pursue reimbursement from your school after the conference. We will send a Certificate of Attendance to all participants. May I complete registration for a group of librarians from my school district?No! Attendees MUST complete their own registrations, and please do not submit registrations on behalf of anyone else. Registration asks personal questions about dietary restrictions, other professional affiliations, and personal email addresses. |
