Frequently Asked Questions

May I attend the conference for just one day?

Yes! Your ticket covers BOTH days. If you are unable to attend, please join us on the day you're available. You are considered registered and paid for both Sunday and Monday (except for the Presenter Monday ticket).

We are prioritizing two-day registrations and if there is capacity we may have some limited one-day tickets to sell closer to the conference (no guarantees).

May I pay for the conference using a Purchase Order?

Yes! You must complete your own event registration first, and at the end of registration, click "Invoice Me." This generates an invoice which you forward to your school's business office, who will then send a check to the MSLA office. All invoices must be paid IN FULL by April 3, 2026. Anyone with an unpaid invoice will not be permitted to attend the conference until the balance is paid.

May my school submit payment for my conference AFTER the conference?

No! If your school policy doesn't allow for prepayment, please register yourself using your personal credit card, and pursue reimbursement from your school after the conference. We will send a Certificate of Attendance to all participants.

May I complete registration for a group of librarians from my school district?

No! Attendees MUST complete their own registrations, and please do not submit registrations on behalf of anyone else. Registration asks personal questions about dietary restrictions, other professional affiliations, and personal email addresses.
